Landing door with integrated raised threshold.
The invention relates to a landing door module for a station platform nose comprising an integrated threshold. The invention further relates to a station platform facade comprising such a landing door module.
Currently, the realization of a station platform facade requires embedding in the finished floor of the platform the fixing or driving elements of the landing door module or modules composing the facade. This requires heavy and costly preparation of the platform to be equipped, which consists in making a disbursement to the dimensions of the base or of the drive system in the nose of the station platform. For example, such a facade is described in the document FR3002780. In addition, this preparation is made heavier when, in addition, it is necessary to raise the finished floor of the quay so that it comes level with a floor of a transport vehicle, for example of passengers, intended to park along the quay to be equipped. .
An object of the invention is to provide a landing door module which does not require preparation of the platform floor, with the exception of any recovery of the platform in order to take up the loads transmitted by the module at ground level, while allowing a height adjustment of the vehicle floor, without hampering access to the vehicle itself.
To this end, there is provided, according to the invention, a landing door module for a station platform nose through which passes a transport vehicle comprising a floor, the module comprising:
at least one movable leaf between respectively open and closed positions;
at least one fixed element to which the leaf is mechanically connected and along which it slides between the open and closed positions;
a threshold extending under the leaf and under the fixed element, the threshold comprising:
o an extension having a predetermined height, the extension extending under the leaf and the fixed element and being arranged so, when mounting the module on the station platform nose, to be placed on a finished floor from the platform and so that the predetermined height corresponds to a difference, partially or totally filled, between the finished floor and the floor of the transport vehicle, when the latter is parked along the module; and, o an access ramp, on the quay side, running over a whole length of the landing door module, in particular mobility passengers allowing reduced access.
Thus, such a structure of the landing door module allows the latter to be simply placed and fixed on the unmodified ground of the platform nose without any particular preparation of the latter, with the exception of any occasions for resuming the loads transmitted. by the landing door module at ground level. In addition, the choice of the predetermined height of the threshold enhancement allows simple adjustment of the height of the vehicle floor. Finally, the presence of the access ramp facilitates the ascent and descent of passengers, in particular those with reduced mobility.
Advantageously, but optionally, the landing door module according to the invention has at least one of the following additional technical characteristics:
the riser comprises a technical housing extending longitudinally over a length of the riser; the threshold comprises a floor closing the housing at an opening made when the leaf is in the open position;
the module also includes an emergency door

Advantageously, but optionally, the station platform facade according to the invention has at least one of the following additional technical characteristics:
the threshold extends all along the facade.
Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the description below of an embodiment of the invention. In the accompanying drawings:
FIG. 1 is a three-dimensional view of an embodiment of a landing door module according to the invention placed on an existing platform nose;
FIG. 2 is a partial view in detail of the module placed in FIG. 1.
Figure 3 is a partial side view of an installation in situation of a facade according to the invention comprising the module of Figure 1, a transport vehicle parked along the quay.
With reference to FIG. 3, we will describe in situation an embodiment of a station platform facade 100 according to the invention. The station platform facade 100 according to the invention comprises at least one landing door module 1 according to the invention and will be described more fully below. The landing door module 1 according to the invention comprises an integrated threshold 3. The landing door module 1 is placed at the level of a platform nose 22 of the station platform 2 on a finished floor 21. A transport vehicle T parked along the platform 22 is shown in FIG. 3. This transport vehicle T comprises a floor 5 which, once the vehicle has stopped along platform 2, is at a height h from the finished floor 21 of platform 2 at the station. The landing door module 1 according to the invention is arranged so as to make a height adjustment between the finished floor 21 of the platform 2 of the station and the floor 5 of the transport vehicle T, while facilitating access to the latter from the platform.
Referring to Figures 1 and 2, we will describe in more detail an embodiment of the landing door module 1 according to the invention. In a manner known per se, the landing door module 1 according to the invention comprises at least one first leaf 13 movable between a closed position and an open position. Here, illustrated in FIG. 1, the landing door module comprises first 13 and second 13 ′ leaves of this type of which only one 13 is shown in the closed position. On the other hand, the landing door module 1 according to the invention comprises at least a first fixed element 12 to which the leaf 13 is mechanically connected and along which it slides parallel between the open and closed positions. Here are illustrated the first 12 and second 12 'fixed elements of this type associated respectively with the first 13 and second 13' leaves. It is understood by fixed element 12 or 12 ′, a fixed block, as illustrated in FIG. 1, extending substantially in a plane, or even two posts supporting an upper beam in which is housed a system for driving the leaves 13 , 13 '. Optionally, the landing door module 1 according to the invention comprises at least one emergency door 14 adjacent to the fixed element 12 'and extending substantially in the extension of said fixed element 12'. The emergency door 14 is positioned on one side of the fixed element opposite to that where the leaf 13 extends in the closed position. On the other hand, here, as an extension of the second fixed element 12, the landing door module 1 according to the invention comprises a fixed panel 11, adjacent to said fixed block. In an alternative embodiment, the fixed panel 11 is replaced by a second emergency door 14, or the emergency door 14 is replaced by a second fixed panel 11. In place on the nose 22 of the station platform 2, the module landing door 1 according to the invention (and therefore the station platform facade 100 according to the invention) separates a platform side Q and a track side V.
The landing door module 1 according to the invention further comprises a threshold 3 extending at least under all of the above-mentioned elements of the landing door module, namely: under the at least first leaf 13 and the at least first block fixed 12. In the embodiment of the landing door module 1 according to the invention illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the threshold 3 extends at least below, from left to right of FIG. 1, the emergency door 14 , the second fixed element 12 ', the second leaf 13', the first leaf 13, the first fixed element 12 and the fixed panel 11. The threshold 3 here comprises two parts formed by an extension 31 and a ramp access 32.
The riser 31 has a predetermined height h which here corresponds to the difference in height between the finished floor 21 of the platform 2 and the floor 5 of the transport vehicle T intended to come to park along the platform 2 thus equipped with the landing door module 1 according to the invention. The extension 31 extends under all of the other elements forming the landing door module 1 according to the invention that are the leaves 13 and 13 ', the fixed blocks 12 and 12', the emergency door 14 and / or the fixed panel 11. According to one embodiment, the extension 31 further comprises a technical housing 33 which extends longitudinally over a length of the extension 31. This technical housing 33 can receive a drive system 15 of the leaves 13,13 'of the landing door module 1 according to the invention, and / or the wiring necessary for the operation of said module. Optionally, the landing door module 1 according to the invention is equipped with visual signage for passengers which can be either static or dynamic, or both, the technical housing 33 serving for the passage of the supply and control elements. installed signage.
In order to protect the content of the technical housing 33, the extension comprises a floor 34 allowing the technical housing 33 to be closed, at least at the level of an opening made when the leaf or leaves 13, 13 ′ are in the open position, or when the emergency door is in the open position.
The access ramp 32 is positioned laterally to the riser 31 so as to extend laterally from the riser 31 on the quay side. The access ramp 32 extends along the riser 31, therefore all along the landing door module 1 according to the invention. The access ramp 32 thus positioned makes it possible to remove, on the quay side Q, a step of height h between the finished floor 21 of the quay 2 of the station and the top of the riser 31, once the landing door module 1 according to the invention laid on the finished floor 21. A width, and therefore the inclination, is chosen so as to allow the passage of people with reduced mobility from the finished floor 21 of the platform 2 of the station to the level of the floor 5 of a vehicle of transport parked along the landing door module 1 according to the invention. In one embodiment, the access ramp 32, and optionally the extension 31, is produced using electrically insulating materials. In an alternative embodiment, the access ramp 32, and optionally the extension 31, is made from electrically conductive materials, allowing simple earthing of any electrical equipment of the landing door module 1 according to the invention . In an alternative embodiment, the access ramp 32 is equipped with guide means for the visually impaired, such as guide strips.
In addition, the access ramp 32 and the extension 31 are integral with one another.
On the other hand, the arrangement of the threshold 3 as just described in the preceding paragraphs has an advantage of allowing a better distribution of the mechanical loads generated during the use in operation of the landing door module 1 according to the invention: in fact these loads are thus distributed over the whole of a bearing surface of the threshold 3 on the finished floor 21 of the station platform at the level of the platform nose 22.
This is in addition to the fact that the landing door module 1 according to the invention is simply placed and fixed on the finished floor 21 during an installation, avoiding preparation of the platform nose 22 by disbursements which would weaken it.
The facade 100 according to the invention comprises one or more landing door modules 1 according to the invention according to the configuration of the platform 2 to be fitted and of the transport vehicles T intended to park along this facade 100. Whatever the configuration of the landing door modules 1 according to the invention forming the facade 100, the thresholds 3 of the landing door modules 1 according to the invention are arranged so that a continuous threshold extends all along the facade 100.
Of course, it is possible to make numerous modifications to the invention without going beyond the scope thereof.

Claims
1. Landing door module (1) for a platform nose (22) (2) where a transport vehicle (T) passes, comprising a floor (5), the module comprising:

- at least one fixed element (12,12 ') to which the leaf is mechanically connected and along which it slides between the open and closed positions;
- A threshold (3) extending under the leaf and under the fixed element;
characterized in that the threshold comprises:
- a riser (31) having a predetermined height (h), the riser extending under the leaf and the fixed element and being arranged so, when the module is mounted on the station platform nose, be placed on a finished floor (21) of the platform (2) and so that the predetermined height corresponds to a difference, partially or completely filled, between the finished floor and the floor of the transport vehicle, when the latter is parked along the module; and, - an access ramp (32), quay side, running over a whole length of the landing door module, in particular allowing access for passengers with reduced mobility.
